In 2024, Alaskans Voted 'YES' on Ballot Measure 1, which provides for increases to state minimum wage, provides mandatory 1st day sick pay, and also prohibits employers from holding mandatory meetings to discuss religious or political matters (including whether or not to form or join a union).
